3. Subscription & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial months. Your usage limits reset at the beginning of your billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

You own the rights to the final content you generate and edit using our platform. We retain all rights to the underlying platform, code, and proprietary prompt algorithms.

5. Fair Use

Automated scraping, botting, or sharing accounts to bypass subscription limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
